I ordered from haagendazs the ice cream was super rich and creamy!!! The chocolate and coffee flavors were my favorites for sure!!! They didn’t taste watery or bland like some other brands I’ve tried. I’m giving it 4 stars because the price is a little high and the delivery took longer than I was hoping, but the flavor really does make up for it!!!

I got all the flavors I picked, and there weren’t any missing pints or mixups. I’ve had orders from other places before where something was swapped out or forgotten, so it was nice that everything showed up exactly right. Happy with it...

The lid seal looked broken when I got it, which immediately made the ice cream feel kind of sketchy. I was expecting it to arrive sealed and safe like promised, but that definitely wasn’t the case. Disappointing.

This was worth every single calorie and then some. I took one bite and immediately stopped pretending I had any self-control. So good I’d happily do an extra lap around the block just to justify having it again.

I’ve ordered from haagendazs a few times now and, yeah, I’m totally calm about it… but it genuinely feels like premium ice cream. The flavors taste way richer than the regular stuff, and the texture is ridiculously smooth. It’s definitely not the cheapest, which is fine, I’m not thinking about that too much. If it tastes this good, I don’t mind paying a little extra. Overall, happy with it.

This helped me avoid nuts, so thanks for that. I probably would’ve missed it because apparently reading labels carefully is not my strongest skill.

I don’t know why I expected it to take longer, but I found the flavors I wanted pretty much right away. No fuss, no weird searching around, just kind of clicked through and there they were. that’s the best kind of shopping experience.

It still tasted good, really. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I ended up enjoying it.

I was a little worried since frozen deliveries can be hit or miss, especially depending on the weather, but there were no issues at all with the ice cream itself. It tasted just as good as usual. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the shipping cost felt kind of high. I totally understand frozen stuff needs special packaging, but it still made the final total more than I expected. I’d order again, just probably not all the time.

The texture is always super smooth and creamy, never icy or weird like some other brands can get. I usually let it sit out for a few minutes and it scoops perfectly. Definitely one of my favorite treats.

Ordering was simple overall. The payment page dragged a bit and took a little longer to load, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Once it went through, I got my confirmation right away, so it all worked out fine...

I signed up for the ice cream subscription because it seemed super easy, like one of those things where you set it up once and then treats just show up at your door. The first box was totally fine, and the ice cream itself was good, creamy, fun flavors, the kind of thing you want after dinner, during a movie, on a random Tuesday, or just whenever you open the freezer. But after that, the delivery dates started moving around a lot. One week it said one date, then it changed, then I barely got any notice, so I didn’t really know if I should be home, make freezer space, or expect it that day at all. Canceling was also way more annoying than I expected. The website kept bouncing me from one page to another, like account settings, subscription details, help articles, back to account settings, and then nowhere useful. Support did reply eventually, but it took a few days. So yeah, the ice cream is tasty, but the whole subscription setup needs to be smoother

I ordered from haagendazs.us the packaging was really solid. Everything was still cold when it arrived, the cartons weren’t dented or messy, and the dry ice was packed well. No leaks, no melted ice cream, so overall I’m happy with it. That said, with the cost of ordering frozen items online, I do feel like a small coupon or shipping credit would be appreciated...

I had a problem with my order, but the refund came through quickly and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops. Not much else to say, it was handled fine

I actually keep going back to haagendazs.us because the flavor selection is a lot better than I thought it would be. Sometimes I’m in the mood for the usual stuff like vanilla or coffee, but other times I’ll grab something different like dulce de leche or green tea. Ordering has been simple, and I like being able to see all the options in one place. Not every flavor is always available, but there’s usually enough to choose from that it doesn’t really bother me. 5 stars from me.

I really like that they have dairy-free choices. It just makes dessert so much easier for me, especially when I’m trying to find something that actually works.

The delivery showed up later than expected, and the tubs were soft when they arrived. I’m not totally sure what happened, but it didn’t feel like the best experience overall.
